Will items be restocked?
Most of our items are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out. When they’re gone, they’re gone 🍒

🧵 Product Information

What are your pajamas made of?
Our bamboo pajamas are made from soft, breathable bamboo fabric designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. They are 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. Other styles are cotton and fleece, just check the details on each item!

How should I wash bamboo pajamas?
For best results:

  • Machine wash cold

  • Gentle cycle

  • Lay flat or hang to dry

    • Avoid high heat to keep them extra soft and long‑lasting.

Do the pajamas run true to size?
Yes! Our pajamas are true to size with a comfy, stretchy fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear. Many of our styles also include fold-over feet, which help extend wear as your little one grows. Fold-overs are especially great for smaller babies, allowing for a snug fit now and extra room later.

👶 Kids Safety

Are your products safe for kids?
Yes! Your child’s safety is extremely important to us. We make sure all of our products are CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) compliant and meet required safety standards for children’s products.

We personally oversee random batch testing and quality checks to ensure every item meets safety standards. I wouldn't put your baby in anything I wouldn't put mine in!

Are dyes and materials safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our bamboo fabric is naturally soft, breathable, and gentle, making it a great choice for children with sensitive skin.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and shipping preference. We also offer local pick-up or delivery!

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. We’re hoping to expand in the future!

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because our items are limited drops, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or there’s an issue?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
